CIPL INDIA PVT. LTD. (Previously known as Competent Instrumentations Pvt. Ltd.) was established in 1984 as a proprietorship business by Sanjeev Ratti (An Instrumentation engineering graduate from Thapar Institute of Engg. & Tech., Patiala, India (Now Thapar University). Mr. Rajkumar Bhatia later joined as a de-facto partner.
